We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be dispatched

Gift Wrapping
Our Gift sets come beautifully presented in a unique hand finished box
which is perfect to use as a keepsake box for storing all those treasured
little items. The box is accompanied by a gift card with your personal
message.

For all other items we offer a gift wrapping service. The cost of this
service is £4.75 and we use the same unique boxes as mentioned above. A
giftcard is also included for a personal message. Some items, due to their
size, are not able to be gift wrapped. Where that is the case it is
indicated next to that particular product.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect condition with original packaging, along with a completed returns slip (available from customer services at sales@babygiftgallery.co.uk), within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded. The only exception would be in the case of personalised items damaged in transit. The contents of our personalised gift boxes may be returned for either refund or exchange, however the keepsake box with a name added, cannot.

The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.

Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre in a resaleable condition. Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including your initial Baby Gift Gallery delivery cost. Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre at the above address.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. If a customer returns a product without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost of the product will be made back to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred by Baby Gift Gallery.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Product Descriptions & Availability
Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight
variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational
purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Colours and content may vary
slightly from the images shown.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However,
should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we
will notify you immediately.

Baby Gift Gallery endeavour to have all our products availabe permanently.
However, as many of our gifts are handmade, occasionally some gifts may
be unavailable. If so Baby Gift Gallery reserves the right to substitute
an item for another gift of similar value and quality.

Data Protection Act
Any information that you give will only be used by Baby Gift Gallery except
where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for
processing your order. Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold
your credit card details for future transactions.

Liability
Baby Gift Gallery will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver
goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to
goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our
reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and
other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor
transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
